Glendale's Americana shopping center is not just a shopper’s mecca; it’s also a destination to call home. The Excelsior Condominiums luxurious and distinctive offerings include personal services and signature style in an ideal location. Since we were working with luxury-living, our approach to this project was to translate Excelsior’s image into high-end marketing collateral. We designed and printed presentational artifacts, showcasing the various floor plans and desirable amenities the Excelsior offers. To add a perceived value to the materials, we incorporated gold foil and emboss printing throughout the design.
